Taxes Included?

Found this store and thought the card collection was reasonably priced compared to eBay (before they announced reprints lol) but what sold me on these was the fact the seller said that taxes were included. I assumed they would have been shipped with some prepayment of import taxes. Unfortunately this was not the case, and I had to pay them myself.

This was fairly disappointing and as a result I had to pay an extra ¥6000 to have the items delivered.

Also, the items took a while to ship so the 14 day return window is really more like 7 days.
